Dark, Soft Dinner Loaves. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut unto 6 pieces. 2 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder. 1 Combine all the ingredients and mix and knead until you have a soft , smooth dough. Form into a round ball and place in a greased container. Cover and let rise until almost doubled in bulk, about 1-2 hours.
